PSCI is a not-for-profit 502 C-3 Corporation providing service coordination for persons with developmental disabilities which are attributable to mental retardation or a related condition such as autism, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy. PSCI supports and assists the individual and family by:

  • Identifying services

  • Linking the individual to the services and

  • Providing individual service planning, evaluation and advocacy.
   
Funding for services is provided through the Illinois Dept. of Human Services.

PSCI Mission

The mission of Prairieland Service Coordination (PSCI) is to provide lifespan individual service coordination.
PSCI shall support and assist the individual and family by:
  • Identifying services;
  • Linking the individual to the services;
  • and by providing individual service planning, coordination, evaluation and advocacy.

The key to improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities is dependent upon the efforts of a qualified, trained staff dedicated to providing services for this population.
